Models can be configured and forced to submit a schedule for a next period of time (either for next week, or for next full-period, or for next full-month) in advance.
If such a configuration was made in the web panel, then the model is not allowed to use Camerolla app until he/she fills-in the schedule, as you can see in the photo bellow:If models navigates to the new tab page that Camerolla already opened, she will be able to fill-in the schedule. Here is how it looks like:
